Time to pull the acid out of that medicine bottle at the back of your freezer.
"What is your quest?"
"I seek the holy grill."
"Aisle seven, next to round tables."

there's something present
in your atmosphere, tonight
lamplights from construction sights
howling cyclists and storefront homeless
something vaguely menacing
about your bus's oncoming route
blanketed thoughts in this fog

I actually feel like I'm getting this TEM stuff! Very rewarding feeling.

It took me a bit to realize that sharing stuff online is not to be done in the interests of providing anyone with something they would enjoy, or something they've already heard. Sharing is just another way of saying you enjoy something and providing a direct avenue to that material. If others enjoy it or find it interesting, then this is an added benefit. That other people like it is secondary.

On that note,
I noticed a friend of mine "recently added 49 friends." Having a ton of "friends" isn't uncommon, as I have noticed many of my friends with 200, or 1000, or 3000. I have been hovering around 120 for a while. These are the facebook figures. It would be unreasonable to think that someone is spending quality friend time with 3000 people.

I RGBIV my outfits on weekdays, but no-one notices. Sometimes I feel I'm too subtle, like when I began trimming my soul patch into a del operator. No-one noticed that, either.

I'm beginning to think that my efforts of being polite enough to give people their space to the point of never looking at them and never saying anything might be misinterpreted as ignoring them. The thing about being polite is, it earns you neither friendship or gratitude.
